Enjoyed the WOD tonight! Was great seeing everybody. I SO need to work more on my snatches! Thank you Rise for helping me better understand....thank you Jim for helping me with my pull-ups :)
Adam, it seems that with every trip you go on you come back with all these torturous new ideas......lol....should be fun!

I had been in a "funk" lately. I came to Rare tonight telling Adam I needed him to light a fire under my butt. Coach Jim offered to get a lighter from his jeep (lol), however, Adam had another plan! He pulled out the sled, a 45 lb plate and straps. It was time to get over my funk! I pulled the sled around the 400m loop. I felt like I was on the Biggest Loser (they would have had more weight). Adam, I think that did the trick! Thank you for setting me straight!
Tonight's WOD is one of my weaknesses. Rise, I appreciate the help with proper form. Practice, practice practice!!
