Classes

FREE Saturday Workout!                     

Every Saturday morning at 10:00 am, come join RCF for a free workout and see what CrossFit is really all about!  This is a great opportunity to take part in one of our exciting CrossFit workouts, ask any questions you may have, and observe for yourself the positive and supportive community that is created here everyday at RCF.  We'll see you there!


CrossFit Elements Course                

This is where your journey begins!  The CrossFit Elements Course package includes three 1-hour personal training sessions.  These personal training sessions will serve as an introduction to the CrossFit methods where you will learn the basic functional movements most often utilized in our workouts. The sessions will leave you with a firm grasp of the movements and substitutions for exercises that suit your specific needs in order to prepare you to safely participate in a group environment.

This course is a prerequisite for joining our group classes. If you are already familiar with CrossFit, these personal sessions will be used to sharpen your form, learn more technical movements, and receive the individual attention you need to enhance your experience in the group class.  Please contact any one of the trainers to sign up for your first session or simply stop by our facility.  Get ready to be in the best shape of your life!

Unlimited Group Classes                                                           

Once you have completed the Crossfit Elements Course, you may join the RCF team and sign up for our unlimited group classes.These classes run between 30 - 60 minutes and consist of a warm-up, skill review, The Workout, and conclude with some stretching and/or additional work as time permits. 

* Firefighters, LEO, and Military will receive a 20% discount

Drop-Ins                                                                                                                   

Traveling near Fredericksburg?  Come check us out and get your workout in!

Reserved for visiting CrossFit members from other affiliates or returning RCF members.  Others should contact us first.

* Drop-In Fee - $10

Personal Training                                                                                   

Whether your goal is to improve your form and perfect your mechanics, optimize your diet, or utilize training methods specific to your sport and individual needs, one-on-one personal sessions with one of our experienced CrossFit trainers are a great way to achieve your fitness goals!

* Private Group Training also available.  Contact us for more information.
